Ocean Springs is excited to be an Excel By 5 certified community! It was named one of the 2015 top ten Best Coastal Small Towns in the United States. We want to ensure that our community is also known for recognizing the critical importance of the first five years of our young children’s lives. 


As a certified Excel By 5 community, we have partnered with early childhood programs, schools, health services, families, and community leaders to ensure that we optimize our resources to enhance our children's lives during their formative years.
