We are proud to be the eighth Excel By 5 Certified Early Learning Childhood Community. We were certified on June 16, 2011. A team of educators, community leaders, and parents who have worked together to help make Biloxi a "Child Friendly" Community. This means that we support parents and children by connecting them with the available resources and services they need to lead healthy strong lives.
